Yane Lux Events Policies
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable booking deposit of 20% of the total invoice is required to secure your event date. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance.
A refundable security deposit of 20% may be required for rentals. This deposit is separate from the booking deposit and will be refunded within 3 business days after the event, provided all items are returned in original condition and undamaged.
The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event date.
Installment payment plans are available and must be paid in full before the event.Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund.2. Cancellation Policy
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
The booking deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 35% of the total event cost.
Rescheduling is allowed based on availability. If approved, the booking deposit may be transferred to a new date.
3. Changes to Event Setup
Design or service changes must be requested at least 14 days prior to the event.
All changes require written approval and may result in additional charges.
No changes will be accepted within 14 days of the event date.
4. Setup & Breakdown
Clients are responsible for securing venue access, permissions, and permits as required.
Setup and breakdown times will be coordinated in advance and outlined in your agreement.
5. Security Deposit & Damages
Any lost, stolen, or damaged rental items will be deducted from the security deposit.
If damages exceed the security deposit, the client agrees to cover the remaining balance.
6. Outdoor Decor Notice
Outdoor balloon décor is not guaranteed due to weather conditions, temperature, wind, or environmental factors.
Yane Lux Events is not responsible for balloons popping, deflating, or shifting after setup is completed.
By booking outdoor décor, clients assume full responsibility for potential damage.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Yane Lux Events is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring during the event.
Clients assume full responsibility for their guests and venue conditions.
