Yane Events Policies

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The deposit is 35% of your total cost and will be subtracted from it?

  • A refundable security deposit of 20% may be required for rentals and will be refunded within 3 business days if items are returned undamaged.

  • The security deposit is different than the booking fee.

  • The remaining balance is due 3 days before the event date.

  • Installment plans are available and must be completed before the event.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • The deposit is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may incur a 35% cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is allowed depending on date availability, and the deposit may be transferred.

3. Changes to Event Setup

  • Clients can request design or service changes up to 14 days before the event.

  • Changes must be approved in writing and may incur additional fees.

  • No changes are accepted within 14 days of the event.

4. Setup & Breakdown

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary venue access or permits.

  • Setup and breakdown times will be coordinated and specified in your agreement.

5. Security Deposit & Damages

  • Any damage or loss of rental items will be deducted from the security deposit.

  • Additional charges will apply if the damage exceeds the deposit amount.

6. Outdoor Decor Notice

  • Outdoor balloon décor is not guaranteed due to weather conditions.

  • Yane Events is not responsible for popped, deflated, or damaged balloons after setup is completed.

  • Clients accept full responsibility for outdoor setups.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Yane Events is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage during your event.

  • Clients assume full responsibility for guests and their conduct.
